VertiGreens Return and Refund Policy
At VertiGreens, our commitment is to provide you with high-quality products that enhance your well-being. We understand that sometimes circumstances may arise where you need to return a purchase. Our Return and Refund Policy is designed to be transparent and customer-friendly.
30-Day Full Refund Policy:
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund. To be eligible for a full refund, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it. Please include the original receipt or proof of purchase with your return.
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund using the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
90-Day In-Store Credit Policy:
In addition to our 30-day full refund policy, VertiGreens offers a 90-day in-store credit policy. If you wish to return an item between 31 and 90 days from the date of purchase, you will be eligible for in-store credit. The returned item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it. Please include the original receipt or proof of purchase with your return.
The in-store credit will be issued in the form of a gift card and can be used towards any future VertiGreens purchases. This provides you with the flexibility to choose a different product that better suits your needs.
How to Initiate a Return:

Contact our Customer Service team at VertiGreens@outlook.com within the applicable return period to initiate the return process.

Clearly state your reason for the return and provide your order number and contact information.

Follow the instructions provided by our Customer Service team for shipping the item back to us.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or issue in-store credit accordingly.
Exclusions:
Please note that certain items, such as perishable goods (i.e. seeds), personalized products, and final sale items, are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective.
