Guide 01: Lettuce; Growing Hydroponic Lettuce with the Vertigreens Hydroponic Tower: A Towering Success!

Hello, green-thumbed enthusiasts! Today, we're diving deep into the world of hydroponics with a specific focus on growing lettuce using our innovative Vertigreens Hydroponic Tower. If you've ever dreamt of having a lush, verdant garden but lack the space or soil, this could be your ticket to fresh, home-grown salads year-round!

Lettuce is one of the easiest and rewarding plants to grow, it's a great way to dip your toes into the world of Vertigreen farming!

The Vertigreens Hydroponic Tower Advantage:
Now, let's talk about why the Vertigreens Hydroponic Tower stands out in this green revolution. This vertical system maximizes space efficiency, allowing you to cultivate a plethora of lettuce plants without monopolizing your living area. Its sleek design not only looks aesthetically pleasing but also ensures optimal nutrient distribution, thanks to its integrated irrigation system. Plus, with the ability to adjust the PPM and pH levels effortlessly, you're in full control, ensuring your lettuce thrives and flourishes.

Each Rockwool cube should have 1-3 lettuce seedlings each. Adding more per Vertipod allows for greater success of germination and gives the plants ample room in the Vertipod for growth.

Water these seedlings in a grow tray for about 1 week while the seedlings start to develop small and fragile roots.

While it is possible to directly add the seeds in the tower, allowing the seeds to properly settle roots on a grow tray will ensure greater success.

Harvesting the Fruits (or Leaves) of Your Labor:
As your hydroponic lettuce plants reach their mature stage, typically around 4-6 weeks depending on the variety, it's time to reap the rewards! By maintaining the recommended PPM and pH levels throughout their growth cycle, you'll be greeted with crisp, flavorful leaves that are free from pesticides and chemicals. Whether you're crafting a gourmet salad, adding a fresh touch to your sandwiches, or blending nutritious green smoothies, your home-grown lettuce promises unparalleled freshness and taste. Remember, with the Vertigreens Hydroponic Tower by your side, the sky's the limit (or should we say, the tower's the limit?) when it comes to growing your own produce!
